Atmosphere at Bath is amazing - there is only a small strip on the course not lined with cheering supporters. But yes, the course runs through the dull boring bits in order to keep the course as flat as possible in a hilly city. The organisation was good last year, I think they have cracked that now. Rubbish baggy tee-shirt in the goody bag - but who runs for the goody bag? Lovely finish on Great Pulteney Street. Expensive but I can't resist doing it again
