Running Tour in Copenhagen

My wife and I are planning on visiting Copenhagen for my birthday in March, and one of the things we have seen is a running tour. As this will be towards the end of my marathon training I thought it would be nice to keep up a running activity whilst getting some local knowledge on the history etc. Has anyone done one of these tours before, and if so, how was it?

Not done the tor, did do the local ark run though which was good.
Was that the one organised by Noah?
Was a Brit, didn't meet them personally. Good event, but take a copy of the course as start can be tricky to find.
