Morning all - nice early start PSC and birky. 5.5 miles for me, 1 OR 2 cats. PSC, tap waters are on you. Good luck for the weekend Emmy and 5.30, or should you be called 3.30 for tomorrow?
rain is about to start here. I am going back to the old regime of spin/gym/swim. Was thinking of an ow swim this afternoon, but not if the storm hits at the time it is predicted - don't fancy being in the middle of a lake during lightening
afternoon all - 15 miles in the tropical storm, soaked and muddy, with very impressive thunder and lightning overnight. I too avoided the lake this morning, but could have swum through many puddles.
birky - it poured it down here till about 4pm, then brightened up, so I went for a run
that did make it big training day though so I am a little tired and achy! Specially as I did some squats and lunges for the first time in ages and now my glutes really ache! Hence not wanting to do much I think, as well as a bit of laziness and not really feeling the love for the bike
Morning all - 3.6K swim in the lake done, bike and run next. What a glorious day, I think you got our rain in the afternoon birky. Hopefully when I get back Mr F will have cut the grass so I can engage in some serious sunbathing and F1 watching. Enjoy the sunshine.
not sure why I never really fancy going out on the bike, maybe because of all the faffing before hand, did enjoy my ride today though. Did 22 miles on my road bike, then changed shoes and took eldest son out for 8 miles on the mountain bikes.
then loads of chasing about doing stuff all day, knackered so skipping tonight's swim, which is a shame but an early night is order I think. we have the thunder storms back
Morning all - turbo, weights and swim this morning, shame not to be running as it's beautiful again, but track tonight. Birky, maybe your Sky man is tapering for the Tour.
What's happening in Yorkshire PSC, holiday? Seen some good sunny pics of you both on FB Emmy and Gobi. This weekend has produced interesting tan lines.

Was lovely to see 5.30 this weekend in Kent and enjoyed much cake and sun along the coast.
Easy few days but enjoyed it nevertheless! Back to SOC and running in the storm this morning.
