just noticed the multi sport at it's best tag, is there something your hiding here, or are walking and walking pushing bike the other two disciplines?
No, just that the rules are a little less strict. Instead of 2 minute penalties we just yell at you, as a learning curve
. Everyone has to start somewhere. The walking and pushing a bike are free!
