Hi folks. Decided to un-lurk as I have also signed up for Manchester in April. It’ll be my 2nd marathon so I’m hoping to pick up some tips and advice since so many on here have are capable of fantastic times (a lot of your efforts in London inspired me to sign up for Manchester).
A quick question, are there any tips to avoid cramp? I had major cramp at my 1st Mara in the last 1.5 mile. More miles? Strength? Flexibility? MP miles? Or all the above?
