Ran roughly 7 miles today. I am learning myself to stop obsessing over distances and paces and run by feel as I believe it is a smarter way to train. Make easy days easy, moderate days fun and hard days HARD. Today was a moderate run. It was bittersweet. Felt tired (because of thyroid) at some points and good at other points. Ran at a fairly easy pace for most and added a few sprints in when I felt like it.
