ADVICE NEEDED!!<br /> <br /> I have my own Wedding in 11 weeks, I used to play a lot of sport and was very active, injuries set me back quite a bit and so here I write, 28 years old, 5'7, 15 stone 7 pound in weight. I have a recurring back pain I feel is because of my weight, my torso is generally where the weight is. I have 11 weeks to get into shape,but I haven't exercised in 2 years. Is there anyone that has been in a similar situation that would have advice? How fast/slow should I run? Distance? I am ironing out my diet but would also appreciate advice on the frequency of eating. Any help is appreciated.<br /> <br /> Craig.
