Lake land trails - I'm taking part in the Coniston Half Marathon in a month. I've never done a trail run and wonder if anyone knows if there are feed and water stations along the way or whether I need to buy a backpack etc. Ideally i'd wanna get that stuff now so I had a few runs with it on to get used to it.
