Hello... Guys I need some Advice... I am a postman so I brisk walk 10 miles a day very comfortably have done so for 2/3 years 5 days per week. I have now stepped into jogging. As soon as I have done my warm up walked for 5 min to warm up I instantly get shin pains at the lower end of my shin. I then stop and walk for a few minutes and it stops and then as soon as I start it happenes again instantly  i have compression socks but this has not helped
