      I’ve started c25k having never really run before. I’m on week 3 & so far it’s been shattering but manageable but I’m a bit scared of week 4, the jump to 5 & 3 minute runs with a lot less walking seems a big one! I’m wondering whether to repeat week 3. Any advice?
