Hi I regularly run 5K's and 10K's and completed three half marathons last year. I'd like to do a full marathon but would like some advice on the use of gels/fuel to get me through the 20-26 mile phase. Never used anything before and bewildered by the advice on the web. Some say dont use much or your body will get used to needing them and others say start around 18-20 miles. Are there any natural alternatives without carrying bunches of bananas around on the day. Thankyou for any advice
