  • Ah, that's good to know. Thank you for the advice. I'm not sure if I'm enjoying the training, I find it mentally challenging more than physically challenging. The constant battle with your consciousness. 
  • Thanks DT19, I presumed that would be the answer, and it makes perfect sense.  I have been following those principles, but I know this week I won't be able to do my long run (18 miles) do to time constraints. I'll just have to manage it somehow.

  • Thanks for the replies. Park run's are like buses...you wait ages for one and two turn up.  Both the Bangor and Conwy park run routes are incredibly scenic and are great news for north wales.  I'll be a regular on the Conwy run,  cant wait.
