I've started running (again) today. 5k run on road/pavement. At 40.17 minutes with an average pace of 7.58.
Embarrassingly I fell after 4mins. I went home to clean up the cuts on elbow and knee cap. But I went back out again (not because of some mad toxic masculine drive because I didn't want to go another week without a run.
I'm aching. And what I want to know is should I run Monday to Friday morning immediately or build up from, say, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a few weeks.
