Has anyone else had a problem with Inov8 graprene shoes?My uppers split after 10 weeks of trail use and neither Hardloop the seller or Inov8 are willing to meet their warranty liabilities as they claim the shoes had “not been cleaned properly”. I find this response unbelievable and am now having to take it through the small claims court. Any one else had this sort of poor service from Inov8 or Hardloop? I would avoid either like the plague I have now been in correspondence with them for 3 months, 44 emails and 6 sets of photos.
