I just had a question about dips in running. I was training for a half marathon in March but got injured feb so had to pull out of it. Since then I managed to run again with no issues. However from June and July my times have just got horrendously slow, slower as like when I first started running and it just feel horrendous, have heavy legs and feel like I’m dying and have no enjoyment anymore. Literally have no idea why and I just wondered whether anyone had any advice?
