Hi all, I've recently gotten new trainers - Nike react infinity, and I was previously in the nike winflos. Since wearing the new trainers (two 5ks, 16k miles and a 10k) every run have had really bad pain in my arches, like a cramp. The arches in the react infinity are higher than the winflos, but I thought I needed this as my winflos treads had worn out on the insides of the heel and towards the mid-outside of the ball of my foot. It seemed an odd pattern, but from the fact my heels were falling in I though I needed more stability. Is it just a case of getting used to the adjustment, or are the arches simply too high for me?
