Hi <br /> <br /> I have signed up to the couch to 5k using the app. Today was run 3 and it was awful, laces kept coming undone, headphones kept falling out, calves were screaming! I have 0 experience of running and no fitness level. Today has really put me off but I must stick to it. Can anyone give advice on how to keep myself motivated?<br /> <br /> Thanks in advance
