Hi guys
I'm looking for some advice please. I'm a person trainer and a keen runner. I'm going to start a running group from my local village and I'm wondering how to approach it at first. For the first session I'm going to the local river path and run about 5 miles in total.
I have the basic format as
Jog for 5 mins
Run 5 miles
Stretches
I'm thinking of a fartlek and having the faster runners run back around the group every now and then. Do you think this will work? Any ideas much appreciated!
