Good morning, all you experienced runners! I'm 63 and have been following RW plan to get running since about September. I had to stop for a monthdue to tendon problems(which just seem to have reappeared). My problem is that I run on my treadmill with no incline as recommended by physio due to tendon problems. I'm up to running about 15 minutes quite easily. I enjoy it and watch TV while on treadmill. Ultimately, I'd like to do trail running outside. Anyway, I feel so disheartened. Just to see how I got on, I ran to the Post Box in my village, about 3 minutes running. It was terrible. I couldn't wait to stop at the box. Feel like I have just been wasting my time. Any advice please?
