Hi all looking to attempt a 5k at some point, in my youth use to be a decent 100/200 mtr runner but Rugby and cycling took over. Still cycling but got a notion to get into running again. Done 3 treadmill 5k runs recently (night shift so cant get out on road just yet) times were 1st 34.27 2nd 31.30 3rd 30.31 pretty flat out lol
Any advice?
