When i did C25K i found my improvements were very slow, and often repeated a week if i felt i hadnt managed it properly

I'd agree with sean. I would rather re-train my feet muscles now than use support shoes. I used some year before last after recommendation from a specialist shop, and ended up with knee pain which on…
