Any minute now…

I am new to running and am training for London next month. I have been suffering from 'Runner's Knee' and want to feel on top form for London. I had it in the right knee, then this has healed and it's now in the left. I completed Trimpell 20 on Sunday and had knee pain for 9 miles. I was wondering if anyone had experience of the Pain Pod to try and get me back to full health for London? I am already foam rolling it, doing exercises and having physio, but thought this might speed up the process. I'm not sure of the difference between the Pain Pod Mi and Pain Pod 3? Thoughts...? Thank you :)
