I think that you may well end up closer to 3:45 than 4. You were running PB's or pretty close in the summer, so you have the speed for way sub 4.
I too am staggered to find I am faster than FF by a whole 4 minutes. I mean I'm older and way fatter than him (savours small moment of triumph).
So... you have to go sub 4 or I will never let you forget it (but be warned, I'm going sub 4 in Paris 3 weeks before Londinium)

Pizza Man, I did sign up for Watford but not feeling much like running at the mo. I think I shall do all my running vicariously through FF!

they say you never like the sound of your own voice on tape, and i think we can agree its even harder to like the look of your own face on video. for what its worth your video seemed effortlessly professional.
i'm glad your coach inserted cake-eating instead of rest days, it seems the most realistic schedule yet built

Dan, I think the video was rather professionally editted.
JC - I've always been disappointed with my marathon times. Before I ran Lochaber in April last year my PB was 4:50 and that time was 25 minutes quicker than the one before that. I hoping that I still have a lot of improving to do. I'm 45 now, but still setting PB's. If a lazy arse like me can do it, then anyone can.
