Going to be hard to lose it as I'm not going to be running until easter, and that's normally how I lose weight, no amount of cycling has seemed to keep the weight down in the past, all I do is develop Chris Hoy legs. In fact when I was doing 3 spin classes a week then it was CH thighs and Jamie Staff Calves. Sadly still with Ricky Gervais torso.

Hi Kanga although he did put on a couple of pounds over Xmas that still only takes him up to 150lb - his family are one of lifes natual skinny buggers, now me on the other hand look at food and 10lb will be added.
