For me beer would be the first thing to go as I'm not a big drinker, then it would have to be sex, chocolate, and finally running.
There's a satisfying substitute for sex but I've yet to find a decent substitute for chocolate. Running would have to be the last thing to go. If I had to live without chocolate, sex and booze then I would need something to keep me sane!

If I had to give up then in this particular order...
ETA...if you added Internet and Networking to that list then it would probably throw the kitty among the pigeons!!

i gave up beer and replaced it with red wine
they say its full of antioxidants and good for you. so i'll drink three bottles then ta 
out of the four i'd give up chocolate for sure, it makes me soooo fat and im not one of those uber controlled types who can have 2 squares of 90% cocoa based organcic choc a day, im a four bars of dairy milk or nothing a day person.. i'm no good at a party wthout booze and if i dont run i get supah moody as exercize is a stress buster for me and sex is a basic human right so im not giving that up.
