I would like a midweek break Monday to Friday preferably though can be a bit flexible. Ideal location would be a cottage/cabin or suchlike somewhere along the Dorset Devon Cornwall coastline. BUT being fickle Yorkshire is also possible, November would be good timewise.
Specifics
Accessible by Rail but dont mind a bit of a hike on arrival
Two people
Reasonable standard, dont want the Ritz but needs to be clean and tidy
Needs to have some catering but not a full blown kitchen,
Big enough to stick the bikes inside
Would like a Restaurant/decent pub on site or nearby to eat without using or needing a car to get there
Good cycling area for mountain biking on trails and pathways
Not asking much I know but if anyone has any suggestions or can reccomend somewhere I would be eternally thankfull

Doesn't your suggestion fail on this requirement?

I have actually stayed at Butlins in Minehead
Pembrokshire's nice. there are cottages all over the place....
or the Gower? oneof my favourite places.
bit bleak in November I would have thought.......
and full of Welsh people
If you're looking for accomodation slightly out of the ordinary then try this lot:

Go to Grassington in Yorkshire. Great place for running and cycling around the Dales.
My parents have a self catering holiday cottage up there (sleeps 4 and then another 2 in a bunk bed) just off the square where there are plenty of restaurants and pubs.
Only downside it that it could be abit of a gamble with the weather in November but the cottage does have a nice real fire in the lounge.
Train London to Axminster and then a 10 mile bike to location?
