I'm going to try without my armbands next week
And I'm pretty good at drinking too
Quite tidy at prevaricating.The whole "racing" bit is a weakness, but I think it's much over-rated.

Based on my last (only) race, (Bala standard '11) I'd have to say my run is the strongest.
Swim - 216th - 40.7%
Bike - 164th - 30.4%
Run - 34th - 7.05%
