I would advise against the ice, I seem to pee more in cold water

i can see in spring we will be swimming super fast to ensure we are not downstream of each other

Macc pool doesn't need ice, I'm sure its the coldest pool I've swum in

Is there a plan to meet up on the day prior to the swim, or do we meet at the leisure centre? and what time is it best to be there for? and can I have the postcode to calc travelling time... Thanks

We meet at our house which is T2, usually at 9 o'clock so I can run through how it all works, we then leave at 09:30 for a gentle 1 mile ride to the leisure centre and set T1

Postcode will be SK11 8LP

Plus lots of info will be posted on here in the week before the event

They leave the swimming pool in Macclesfield and have to go up and down the Cat and Fiddle Twice... So yeah, pancake flat.

It's not pancake flat, but you can't describe it as hilly, more rolling, theres only one little hill that you may have to get out the saddle at but you can easy spin up it and the steep bit is over very quickly

We may have to grade the swimmers so we end up with all the faster people in one lane and all the not so fast people in another and then all even not as faster as the not as fast people in another

I'm approx 45 minutes, but last year got dragged along by DK and Marshallini and ended up at about 39 minutes
