I'm lucky enough to have got tickets to the men's cycling but curious to know who else is going? So... stepping on Schmunks' tiny toesies...

Me and the witch are going somewhere for the mens cycling but I am not too sure I know where at the moment
I don't have tickets but I plan to ride up there on my mountain bike and find a place to watch where you don't need tickets. Getting a car anywhere near it will be impossible but I reckon I can bike it and do some sweet trails on the way.

Freeloading somewhere on A24 on the Saturday but have tickets for the Sunday.
If it is really busy I may head uphill and watch from somewhere on Norbury.
Sunday for me, either the roundabout on A24 at Givons Grove or along A24 near the side road for Boxhill Station, plan to cycle over there, but reality could be watch on the telly.
I shall be at the womens cycling, cant wait
Count me in

A few tickets have just gone on sale for the Mall for both the mens and women's races
Just looking at the travel info to Box Hill...
"Free, secure cycle parking will be provided for ticket holders "
Presumably now manned by the army and not G4S!
BOOM!! Just secured 4 x tickets for this!!! Cannot wait. SE are you cycling down?

I may have a spare or two if anybody would like one?
Yes plz! Two if possible?
We will be situated at the bottom of the hill on the loop I believe ... I am relying on Holly knowing where we are going
Good luck with that!
Might have a couple of spare ticket or two btw...
Ah sorry Tortuga I have only just seen this after a few days of busyness and hybernation. Unfortunately my friends changed their mind and are heading down now
Definitely worth still heading that way though and just hanging around before the ticketed area
No worries.
On a seperate topic.... who will be watching the Men's Time Trial next wednesday, or the Triathlon the following Tuesday??
Have you seen the Australian cycling kit GB? Made me think of you, funnily enough! At least the yellow would hide the stains!!
Heading off to France on the day of the TT. Poor planning!
I have - one of the Aussies was cycling through Leatherhead yesterday afternoon, checking out the course with a motorbike escort. I didn't see who it was though.
Cheerful Dave, you weren't by any chance tooting him because you wanted to overtake?
Laid up with a sore back at the moment, but if it miraculously clears by Saturday, might roadbike mosey on down towards Ripley/Horsley to see if I can get a look.
Hope the back starts to improve soon Dusty! As I'm 'the other side' of the course I'll be heading for Headley and managed to get a space booked for Sunday carvery at the 'Cock Inn'!! How appropriate!
I'm cycling down early in the morning but not so sure on the road situations so it could be interesting!
I have seen the Aussie kit... not a fan!
No idea what to do for the TT though next Wednesday... sigma is an option to watch it.
Will be in London for men's Tri, we should prob sort a meeting point for that one?
Yep, I'd be grateful if I knew where you are going to be watching that Melds! Wouldn't want to bump into you by accident!
