Morning. Couldn't think of lyrics so held on but need to walk Grace now.
Lyrics - Nothing here to fear, I'm just sitting around being foolish
Alehouse - sounds great.
Wabo - are you going there or are they coming back over here? I know it doesn't feel like it at the moment but it will be February before you know it.
What: either a swim or short, easy run later
Why: may not have access to the pool!
Last hard: 20/7
Last rest: 30/7
Yesterday's lyrics - He Ain't Heavy (for the Brownlees)
Comments
Morning
It's warm and sunny here.
ale: Go on dare you to have 'a wee run' down the pole vault runway
afternoon all
lmh, I will be going there, although there is talk of them going to USA for a year, which will be just fine by me, I will go there instead! Quicker easier, cheaper.
Alehouse hope you are enjoying yourself!
Oh they were fitting lyrics yesterday then lmh!
What: swim later
why: ran 3 days in the trot and now my swimming needs some attention!
last hard: last night short run and circuits
last easy: sat
have a good day all
What: 7 miles yesterday evening from London EC3 to Blackheath (usual route along the Thames Path around the Isle of Dogs and through the Greenwich Foot-Tunnel) – started slow and finished strong
Why: Endurance building
Last hard: Last night – running up Vanburgh hill
Last rest: Sunday 04/ 08
Rest day today (off to the Olympics this evening – quarter finals of men’s basketball) and most likely tomorrow (travelling on business) - looking forward to watching Mo going for gold in the 5k.
Go Mo go!
Morning all, been offline for a bit. Still running, just busy with some things and fitting in 14 hours of Olympic TV in per day.
WHAT: 8.5M hilly
WHY: Building up half-mara training now
LAST HARD: 15M on 4/8
LAST REST: 6/8
Been avoiding races. Alehouse: won't make next week's Sale 5k, am in Edinburgh.
Brownlee was apparently only 1:20 behind Mo. And he wouldn't have come last in the men's 10000 . How fast could he run without the swim/bike beforehand??

lyrics: familiar, but no
He's probably like me chickadee and needs a good warm up
8.4 miles run at a pleasant 7:48 m/m
Excess holiday weight 3lb, which is approximately what I took with me.
With a bit of luck I'm off for a swim now.
Lyrics, no.
Evening
ale: Fair enough, can't have you pulling up injured
Still loving all the Olympic coverage.
