marathon and IM Germany Plan

Would anyone do me the favour of looking over my excel based training plan which builds me up to the Paris marathon in April 2004 and then onto IM Germany in July 2004. It's not a big file and i could email to anyone willing to look it over. This will be my 1st Ironman and 1st marathon too.
