Just had a visit from the police (nothing to do with me but asking about a neighbour). The size of him reminded me of this thread, I am not sure he could have ran to the bottom of my drive let alone 1 & 1/2 mile.

Harvey - do you know why there are very few books on how to run a mile and a half? Because it's not rocket science. As long as you have reasonable fitness, go out, warm up, run hard, cool down. If you are not fast enough, do it again until you are.
I'd not pay £6.99 for a hardback version of that.

If this bloke is really doing all the stuff he says he's doing where does he find time to be all over Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Pinterest, Google + (and here) not to mention all the campaigning he's involved with, the reading, the academic papers, the reams of stuff he writes on Linked in and other sites, the reviews on Amazon and Youtube...
If I didn't know better I'd say he's just a bloke, sitting at home on a computer all day, building a heroic fantasy version himself on the internet.
