Played Cricket today. Knee is a sore as feck, but the hamstring held up after 10 consecutive overs. Shagged out now and 're-hydrating'! I'd say trouble is I don't have any beer in, but maybe that's a good thing! Took 5 wickets for 32 runs, so pleased with that as well! A good day!
red dog chris - yes, it was really useful, very full day so although it was pricey it was good. There was a classroom session, then a session in the pool when we all got videoed, quick change, eat lunch while watching everyone's videos, back to the pool for another 2 hour session working on drills and some open water skills. I think I have managed to correct some things since then, other things are taking me ages to correct but it definitely does make you aware of what you need to correct!

didn't bike today - I have excuses, but no-one is interested in them, but to sum up I decided to swap days and have a rest day today and bike tomorrow. This will definitely happen as I am going to bed early tonight to aid the getting up tomorrow - and the added pressure of a tri on Sunday means I need to check all the gears etc are working smoothly in enough time to get someone to look at them if they aren't!

Afterwards I felt like I'd been hit by a bus so had a cold bath. Hadn't felt like that since training for Beachy Head in 2011. Achilles sore afterwards but not during, and now ok

Hi my name is Cake and my swimming is sh*te also need to shift some timble after not training enough and eating to much. Need to get back in the swig of training so back on the bike every weekend up the local speedbumps and back to a structured run program.
With luck might be able to get in some tomfooly to.

Actually I did swim in the lake last Sunday because the weather was so nice. And went to the club swim on Monday.

Failed at going to the pool just to much sunshine so swopped for a 30 min non wetsuit sea swim it got quite bouncy when a frigate came past
