    Morning!

Yesterday's lyrics were: "Have a Nice Day", Stereophonics.

    What: something later
Why: see how I feel when I get my aching body moving!

    Today's lyrics: no

    Have a nice day!

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
  • Today there will be rest

As tomorrow I race the best

    I'll swim the Liffey

    Get out in a Jiffey

Then spin and run in me vest

parkrun was on for a pb at 3 km, then my legs stopped working.  Finished in about 25 mins, so not too bad image

    Have a good one all.

  • Good news OH - don't go too mad tonight image

birks - what is 'havering' as in the Proclaimers song?

emzap - I'm waiting for a response to an email that I sent to the organisers to see if they're happy to have me participating in the circumstances. Today if they say yes I shall start but that may change tomorrow..............

Have a good one Paddy - looking forward to reading all about it.

3.8k (possibly a little more) swam and two hours ran - all in the dry contrary to the forecast. Just hope it holds for the next couple of days.

If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
  • OH, Nice edit!

    Lyrics: yes.

Paddy, that's definitely tapir madness, don't give up the day job.

LMH, Not a bad little session, considering that you're benched IIRC.

For me, 52 miles biked with group 2. Heck of a work out though. On one of the little hills I stood up for, my bike went clunk. I had to stop and realised that my left crank had rotated through 90 degrees. That took a good 10 miunutes to fix (it had come loose since the bike shop had worked on it). Later in the ride someone else had a puncture. Overall, not a far distance ride, but the in between bits certainly had me working out.

    Garden camping tonight.
