Prince Charles claims that it cost The UK NHS £100 million each year to treat patients with constipation.
Yes I was once treated for constipation it was very painful experience my treatment was a bottle of Lactulose. The Doctor said I quote
"You are constipated, right up to the eye balls" I felt so embarrass because I was on the high fibre diet I just did not drink enough fluids and all that crap was stuck in my bowels.
Two teaspoon of that glastly Lactulose medicine did the trick. I never been constipated since! All my workmates got to heard about
