Thanks so much Bedders! Somehow I managed it with your instruction!
Well, here I am. Not sure if will have black base layer, depends on weather.
Feeling so nervous and have lots of work on before I take the train on Friday. Also a lot to organise and my mind keeps flitting about....taper madness....
Thanks people. I may have been a little hasty in deferring, as I did Manchester on Sunday with a stinking cold and managed only 15 minutes slower than my PB. I've got an appointment on Friday for either a third lot of cortisone in both feet or a referral to an operation, so I couldn't really risk it.
At least I'll have 12 months to train and can hopefully get my feet sorted and go for it at London.
Mudchute as seen from the Runners perspective. The blue boards on the left will have gone by now, but you can expect us to be standing on the right immediately after the water station and before the crossing
Thank you! Tonight is my last night for collating information so that I can print it out at work tomorrow. I STILL don't have a printer at home, after promising myself I would buy one after VLM last year
Right, thats me signing out now until Monday. Good luck to all the runners and I look forward to seeing you all and giving sweaty hugs to those that need them
It was great to see everybody. I think we only missed Tiptoes in our group but everybody else got a hug or a wave. You all looked fantastic and did so well. Proud of you
Thank you to all the runners and supporters for making Mudchute the success that it is. We couldn't do it without all of you. Maybe we will get to see some of you on the other side of the fence next year?

Such a shame Nykie, but hope your feet get sorted out.
