My choccie Labrador jumped up on the bed this morning to snuggle me. Whatever else happens in the world, she's there ready to squish me and use me as her hot blood bottle Happy days
Took my cocker spaniels for a walk in the woods - the joy on my little dog's face as she races round and round amongst the trees would make anyone smile. (she also helicopters her tail which is hilarious).
Oh. My dog found a coconut in the river today. Made her day she struggles to get it in her mouth and it keeps bobbing under water, then pops up again, and she spends ages wrangling it to the river bank. She had soooo much fun.
Going to the pre-chemo briefing at the hospital and discovering that I was the only one there who was taking this in their stride. Two others seemed to think that they were terminal. I don't know, maybe they were

Yesterday morning I saw a beautiful barn owl - I used to see her regularly but hadn't seen her in weeks, I'm happy she's still around!

Please note, these are of the practical, everyday variety of knicker, not really fodder for perving I would have thought:

Erraid Davies winning bronze.
I think one soppy dog story is more than enough on a runner's forum
Actually one is too many but I would have let that go

I saw two cute kittens in he street
Just to clarify. The reason that made me smile was because it has given me a bit more confidence. Not because I found the suffering of others amusing
Philomena i would say blurgh!! Cat's, but if they make you smile then that's good
Supercaz: I understand what you mean.
