I've had the same as yesterday, scambled eggs and beans on toast with tea and crisps. Hoping my PA will bring me back a doughnut from the shops. All very nice but on balance Dave's lunch sounds better. Tea tonight, a roast with chicken wrapped in bacon and all the usual extras.
On review - my lunch was decidedly pale yellow/beige: mushroom cup-a-soup, natural live yoghurt with chopped banana and a cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Dinner will be home made spicy veg. stew with barley and quinoa flatbread - a bit more colour in that!
Hahaha booktrunk... hubby and I have had to put a ban on baking at the moment - we like to make biscuits, but then can sit and eat them all in one sitting!
Bacon and fried egg sandwich today on wholemeal seedy bread (got to have something healthy) with brown sauce, tea and crisps. I must stop buying crisps but they are just so good...
I had another tuna salad followed up with greek yoghurt and an apple for an afternoon snack. Tasty but I'm having it again tomorrow. Much better when I'm on early shifts, I get to go home and cook something.
