Thanks Freaky, plenty of info for now, do you know anywhere where exercises are descibed without the need for weights, apparatus etc, not that I am a cheap skate you understand !!
Well you can always use tin cans or fill empty water bottles with dried peas etc, free weight are v. cheap at costco and christmas is coming.
Skipping is great for strength training, press ups are fab, tri dips off end of bath abs dont need equipment. Or just type body conditioning into search engine and prepare to be overwhelmed.
