Most Cushioned Shoes?

I have wide, high arched feet and am a bit of a toe runner.

I'm looking for the most cushioned shoes available with the emphasis on forefoot cushioning

Any suggestions? (for both road and off road shoes)

    Mizuno Wave Creation is probably the most luxurious cushioning shoe on the market it also has a split designed sole to provide both Hell and forefoot cushioning – I have a broad foot and find these excellent but are best suited to those with a neutral running style – but not cheep

    No idea for off-road
