Martin H- today I was on the treadmill at the gym mine doesn't go that fast. It is a very unladylike session with litres of "glow" by the end, and I don't smell so good either.

Evening all
What: 5 x 630 to 7mins (I hope 1600m) in Regent's Park, with 1 min easy bit in between...total time 55 mins
Why: I need speed
Last hard: yesterday, the rucksack job
Last easy: erm, um, now when was that? Rest on Monday

Ran in crop top today - spring's here! Regent's Park was beautiful. Sun shining, lots of people running, found yet more bits I didn't know were there - but still to find the running track (useless with maps)... a good run, but would have liked to been out for longer. Oh well, what am I worrying about!

I'm in the south too and I won't be risking the crop top for a while yet either. Just too windy on the coast. Have had my legs out most of the winter though. Apart from when verrrrrrrry cold.

I hadn't intended crop topping - it was just very hot when I got out, so it was needs must, and strip off. Shoved my other top down my trousers and got on with it!
