BTW 64 dead would've have been a 10 mile pb, but of course one can't claim that in a half as it's not known if the 10 mile point is where it shoud be. It does give me confidence to try and break 64 at Snake Lane 10 in Feb.
Wardi - Thats good news and a good plan for the race. Enjoy the beers tonight, similar here but off to our local pub for beers and food as myself and the current Mrs 00 celebrate meeting 39 years ago! Similar weather here, hail storms every 10 or so minutes and biting cold. First day of Spring!
Wardi - i copped some hay dust in the eye last week from a tractor and trailer load. 10 and 5 today. 10 included 12x3min, av pace for the effort section was about as quick as it gets, but it was a rare light wind morning.
Wardi - not surprised with the below par parkrun, my 15m was creaky........no, i mean the results on the P of 10 or Runbritain listing so i can claim my result for P of 10 and Runbritain.........although the P of 10 software has actually automatically claimed it for me anyway.
