Wardi - not surprised with the below par parkrun, my 15m was creaky........no, i mean the results on the P of 10 or Runbritain listing so i can claim my result for P of 10 and Runbritain.........although the P of 10 software has actually automatically claimed it for me anyway.
Yup - also run 10 miles, with clubmates First 5 - 33 easy, Second 5 - 29 steady (except last mile 5:10) Then 10 x 100m on grass HR frighteningly low for pace at the moment... just need to stay sharp for another month.
Power of 10 in 2008 was to 2.55 for mara, 77 for the half and 35mins for the 10k 2009 2.59 mara, 80mins half, 36 mins for the 10k 10 miles and 20 miles seem to have disappeared? Am I right that athletics (stalker) data is now run by power of 10?

SJ - so if we set off conservatively we could break the WR then. TT - flipping cold and windy these last few mornings Wardi - you're…
