Evening I have relatives in Banbury, and have kind of agreed to do the Banbury 15 (10 weeks away i think) and stay up with them over the weekend So i know its hilly and 15 miles is a long way, had only anticipated in doing a ½marathon on this day. The Diss 15 Miler and "7.5" Mile Run are coming up this weekend. Just to answer a couple of points from the ratings given for previous races. The "7.5" Mile run is one lap of the 15 Mile race and the distance has always been quoted as an approximate 7.5 miles. The true distance is somewhat longer at about 7.7 miles.…
