Hi everyone, I read in the Inside Triathlon magazine that, to keep one's fitness it is necessary to train 3x a week at 70% of one's VO2 maximum. Is this percentage the same as maximum heart rate? Sorry if it is a silly question. At the moment I can't work out what Joe Friel is saying. thank you
