Mrs a did fab, 10.25 miles in 1:38:46 which I reckon is about 9:40 pace. First time over 8 miles and she looked strong throughout and coped well with the undulations.
CR... OB honey? ...erm and what did you mean by "for your sore throat" (lol) Rich did 46 mins zacly...he was quite pleased with that. BTW...he's havin IT probs and wont be able to get on here til later.
Hi jw.... bye jw... :) It's been so quiet today, where's CR... and when does Snappy return? Did anyone see Extroadinary People tonight? Fancy being pregnant for 46 years! I'm off to bed Nite CPH xx
Well I took my time today OB :-) Official times are as follows: CR 26:15 LL 26:46 Kath 26:51 So Kath was only 5 seconds behind me. Eek!! Just as well I didn't know she was there. Fluff xx
46:05 10k is not my strong point so I am pleased with that , I find longer races easier . My friend lives in Copenhagen but not in the centre I am hoping it will be ok to get to the race ? She lives in Hellerup. I was so hoping there would be a friendly face as I will not know anyone
I'm watching him closely Snaps. Very pleasant 18 miler this morning, even had mrs a for company (on her mountain bike I hasten to add) for 14 miles. 46 miles so far this week, so with a 5 mile recovery run tomorrow I'll be back up through the 50 mile/week barrier for the first time since New York :-)
Mrs Snaps did as follows: 00:52:49 21 00:39:16 18 00:43:24 20 00:50:16 19 and 00:53:46. The 18, 19, etc are her position in her AG for the race concerned. Overall I think she was 18th. (Quite a few people only run one or two legs of the whole event)
