well got over the gym did a 10 minute swim then 40 minutes jogging up and down the pool with a 10 minute swim to finish so feel a lot better for it may well try to do the same tomorrow
Solent Runner..your mistake is the intensity of which you return to running..hence your injury simply flares up each time. You need to do a phased return by starting from 5 min walk 10 min run 5 min walk plan and if that is pain free then build up slowly from there by adding 10 mins or 5 if an extra 10 causes pain.…
