10:05 for me this morning. Need to focus on my technique and speed over shorter distances methinks if I'm going to get my time down below 10 minutes on a consistent basis.
I've done some regular sessions now so will get back to 400's next week Did 10 x 100 today as main set which was good for the old lungs!! avg about 1.40 for the 100 plus 10 sec rest

Slight improvement for me ... 7:33 managed 2 intervals at this But i noticed my big gain was my easy 400s at start and end ... where they were close to 10:00 they are now close to 8:00
