No where near what some of you guys are doing but got 10 miles (including a total of 55ft of evelation gain and back down again ) in today, longest since the injury, so pleased although absolutely shot at the end. 11 weeks to build from here without over doing it.

Hi Soozy - Yes the training run on Sun 8th does kick off at 9:00am from Total Fitness Chester. As its 18/20 miles we will be having 5 drinks stations with the bottled water, Lucozade drink & gels that will be used on race day. There will be pace groups from 7:30 min mile to 11:00 pace.
