Hey All, So wanted to get some advice on short term and long term realistic aims. I've always run on and off but never managed more then 3 month consistent before dropping off. I'd consider myself  a alright runner ( all things considering) so I think i have a decent base.  At school to give idea of benchmark could run 800m in 2 min 15 or so which in terms of track was pretty average but this was with little to no training ( I just played football / rugby fairly regularly and was active teenager. So now as a 34 year old wondering what could be feasible if I put in proper training and mileage. Been running consistently for last few months and last two doing around 50-55 km / week. Currently can do 5k in 18.15 and 10k around 39 min. Initial aim is marathon in October but just wanted to get an idea of what people thought could achieve in 5/10 /half / marathon if I keep it up, up mileage and stay injury free! Thanks!
